Mercy Cross Country competed in the Catholic League Championship on October 21. Competing against six other division one and two schools, including Divine Child, Ann Arbor Gabriel Richard, Marian, Lutheran North, Cranbrook, and Regina, Mercy placed sixth. Mercy’s top runners were sophomore Gabriella Pluszczynski, freshman Kathryn Kim, senior Erin Haapala, freshman Megan Mallory, and freshman Anna Jain. The cross country team will continue their season at MHSAA Regionals on October 28.
