Experiment with science club

Libby Miodonski, Web Editor

During the second club meeting of the year, members of Mercy’s science club split off into small groups. Their experiment? To make a laser hit a bulls-eye target. It may sound easy, but the girls had to bounce the laser off of several mirrors and direct the light around various objects in order to hit the target. It took several attempts, but after a while each group was able to direct their laser to the target. Make sure to check out the photo gallery from the Science club’s latest meeting of the semester.
