French Club celebrates Mardi Gras at Detroit’s La Cuisine

In celebration of the French holiday Mardi Gras, the French students went on their annual field trip to Detroit’s La Cuisine. At the restaurant girls enjoyed traditional New Orleans-inspired meals including jambalaya, salmon en papillote, and oeufs cocottes. The trip was un succès and the girls can’t wait to attend again next year!
