“Players gonna play, play, play/ and the haters gonna hate, hate, hate/ baby I’m just gonna shake, shake, shake/Shake it off. Shake it off.” These lyrics to Taylor Swift’s hit single, “Shake It Off”, ring in the ears of teenagers.

Instead of the typical parody, a YouTube video was released during which Shake It Off  is played as background music for a 80s aerobic workout video. This video is sure to make anyone smile with its throwback to incredibly tight workout gear, high-waisted leotards, and enthusiastic synchronized dancers.

News is generally focused around hard hitting stories, but sometimes newscasters like to take a break from their work. This was particularly evident on WVNS 59 News in West Virginia. Dan Thorn, while on breaks from production, lip-synced and danced to the songs such as Where They At Doe? by T.I., Shake It Off  by Taylor Swift, and I Got The Feelin’ by James Brown.

Although his energy and enthusiasm are admirable, the most entertaining part of his videos is his Co-host Sarah Pisciuneri’s utter lack of amusement for his performance. These videos are the best pick-me-ups for any stressful day.

Ellen DeGeneres is known for her bubbly personality and generous heart, but what is Alex Lee famous for? The answer is, quite frankly, nothing. A teenager snapped a picture of Lee while he was bagging at Target and tweeted it to her friend. The attractive teen’s photo instantly went viral with the hashtag #AlexFromTarget. Lee, a 16-year-old from Dallas, Texas, became a celebrity.  His Twitter followers skyrocketed from 144 to more than 590,000 in a matter of days. DeGeneres interviewed Lee on his sudden rise to fame and the effect it had on his job.
