Mercy Bowling’s Catholic League season came to a close last Saturday. Going into it number one, the game came down to the last round of the baker, in which Regina gained the title of Catholic League Champions.
While the Marlins were hoping to clinch the title, they are still proud of their accomplishments this season.
Junior Hayley Caddell believes their success this year has much to do with their growth as a team.
Caddell had one of her best seasons yet, receiving medals at three consecutive tournaments. Her name is displayed at Drakeshire Lanes for her high score of 242, making her the first high school bowler to receive such an accomplishment.
“I check to see if it is there every day when I go there for practice,” said Caddell.
