Mercy students, alumnae, and faculty turned out in huge numbers to support women’s marches in cities across the country the day after the new President was inaugurated. Most Mercy students and staff attended local marches in Lansing, Detroit, and Ann Arbor, though some even went as far as the nation’s capital. In a global peaceful protest that drew millions of participants, women made their voices heard on a variety of issues.
